I so wish I could get your service for the machines I bought from you (Baby Lock Crescendo and Ovation serger) but I live on one of the outer islands of Hawaii. I had to pay big bucks for a service agreement for each machine here, even as they arrived brand new in factory sealed boxes. I guess that's a poor customer service Baby Lock problem.
I've had a needle threader for years, and it's always been hit or miss. After watching your Bernina video, I got mine to work! Thanks!

excellent coverage. to thread the needle I use a thread gloss, cut the thread at a 45 degree angle and thread the needle. works just fine.
