Thanks for all your helpful newsletters. Perhaps you could write about which direction to remove your thread from the machine. I have always pulled it from the top making sure the foot is raised and never had a problem. However I’m always reading that you should snip the thread from the top and pull it through the needle. What’s your advice. Thank you.
those photos are just amazingly helpful. Just subscribed thank you! Now I have a project for this weekend involving a Bernina 930e 🤣. It's sewing just fine and I want to keep it that way!
Thank you so much for the clarification on canned air. I use it fairly often and feel guilty every time doing so. And also for the info on the bobbin tension/upper tension areas. My Bernina 475 is about a year old, and it seems so much more delicate than my 30 year old 1230. Kinda wish I'd gone for the replacement mother board for the latter.
Canned air works great unless you mistake a can of glue for air. Ask me how I know. :(
Wow! Thank you for this info.😀😀
What a great review of what we can do on our own! Thank you❣️
Thank you for this very useful information! The pictures were really helpful.

Great article and a good reminder of how to perform regular maintenance on our machines.
Wonderful information. And good to know we can use canned air in certain places if needed! Thank you!!!!
Good information on cleaning lint with canned air.
As always, excellent article!

Thank you for this info. Would using a vacuum cleaner (with the crevice tool attachment) work as well? Or am I asking for trouble?
I think I need to do this ASAP. Thanks, Cale.
Ian so hoping you are correct about canned air! It never made sense to me& I plan on trying canned air!! Thank you!
