Canned air works great unless you mistake a can of glue for air. Ask me how I know. :(

Thanks for all your helpful newsletters. Perhaps you could write about which direction to remove your thread from the machine. I have always pulled it from the top making sure the foot is raised and never had a problem. However I’m always reading that you should snip the thread from the top and pull it through the needle. What’s your advice. Thank you.

Thank you so much for the clarification on canned air. I use it fairly often and feel guilty every time doing so. And also for the info on the bobbin tension/upper tension areas. My Bernina 475 is about a year old, and it seems so much more delicate than my 30 year old 1230. Kinda wish I'd gone for the replacement mother board for the latter.
